Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a separate shipping container to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
